RMA Procedure

Prior to contacting Able bv to get a replacement unit, we kindly ask you to collect the information below. This will allow our services to save time and ensure a swift replacement.

Company name and contact details
Serial number of the defective AXS Guard unit
License number of the defective unit
Name of the AXS Guard reseller, if applicable
Serial number of the spare unit, if applicable
License number of the spare unit, if applicable
Delivery address for the replacement unit

You will receive an RMA number as soon as your request has been reviewed. Please note that a valid RMA number is required before replacements can be processed by our production facility in Mechelen, Belgium.
